Martin Transportation Systems has an opening for a Shop Manager at our Dayton, OH terminal. This position would be overseeing a 3 shift operation with standard day hours from 7:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Fluent use of Class 8 software for tractors and trailers

• Knowledge and experience with Detroit engine systems

• Knowledge of different tires & cost of maintaining tires on tractors and trailers

• Cost of maintaining tractors and trailers

• Maintain and preserve proper inventory management
  
  
  Position Qualifications:

• Professionalism-in both employee management and customer service

• Transportation or automotive management experience a plus.

• Knowledge of compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations a plus.

• Demonstrated track record of achievement and success
